We refuse to add to the pile. LOID was born to combat this by incorporating sustainable principles directly into our design and manufacturing processes. We believe intelligent design shouldn't just fill a space, it should respect our environment.

Since 2002, LOID has produced adaptable modular designs. The DOIL recovery service enables existing LOID pieces to be repaired and refreshed, decades after the original purchase.

of LOID.

Meet Brian Steendyk. A Brisbane-based architect and designer, Brian is part of a global breed of practitioners who are as environmentally smart as they are technically savvy. His mission is simple: use rigorous design to bring joy and high-level quality to the human experience.

Through his studio, Brian orchestrates a rare synergy between urban planning, architecture, and the refined product design of LOID. This interdisciplinary agility allows him to solve for the big picture while obsessing over the smallest details, an approach fellow creatives will recognize and respect.
